The house is located in a sunny spot at the foot of the Kitzbühel Horn. The mountain railway, ski school, winter/summer toboggan-runs are only a short walk away. With a bit of momentum you unfasten your skis at the doorstep! The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny location - and the town center is only about 350m away! If you do not want to cook for yourself, there are a large variety of restaurants nearby. Leisurely Lake Tours, Excursions, night skiing or a visit to the "Panorama World" are only a small selection of possible activities.
